Our solution

Barcelona was an obvious option for this year’s incentive, with luxurious 5* hotels with direct access to the beach, fantastic weather for September and a great nightlife scene it definitely ticked all of the boxes.

With such a large group for this particular year we wanted to step it up in terms of the main group activity so we hired out a 100-person yacht, including jet skis, banana boat, DJ and private chef on board. Together with privatized restaurants and nightclubs, this definitely had the VIP feel that the brief required.
