Brief

To create a yearly incentive that motivates the sales team to hit pre-defined targets. A European destination with short flight times, great weather and lots to see and do within walking distance of the hotel.

Our solution

Marbella was the natural choice for this incentive, with only a short flight time from London Heathrow and perfect weather in June. We chose a hotel within walking distance of the marina of Puerto Banus to take advantage of the lively nightlife, activities and shops close by.

The program included premium dinners and exclusive entertainment each evening allowing free time for the guests during the day to explore Marbella.
